All businesses are required to report work related injuries to the Health and Safety Executive under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (“RIDDOR”). We have developed a policy for businesses to adopt and circulate to employees to ensure compliance with RIDDOR.
